Get more out of Wikipedia
Im so glad I took a closer look at this app. Its exactly what I needed. I like getting random Wikipedia articles, but theyre often *too* random. So I use Learn Discovery to extract something worthwhile from every random link. The mind maps help me find related articles very quickly so I can drill down to something that interests me (e.g. instead of a random soccer player, I hop to the city hes from and then to the culture of that city, etc.). The sample of YouTube video links for each node is an especially nice feature, one that I think is missing from similar Wikipedia mapping apps.
The app is a little rough around the edges. It seems like the developers have English as a second language; some of the wording is awkward. Dont let that deter you from spending $3, though, if youve been hunting high and low for some serendipity like I have. I hope the developers will stick around and keep improving the app, or that someone else will copy the great features. It really is a pleasure to use :)
